Russell Prescott III, R. PhPharmacy Manager

Rusty graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in pharmacy. He attained his nuclear training at Purdue University and received advanced training in compounded medicine over the years with PCCA (Professional Compounding Centers of America). In 1999, Rusty joined Shertech as a partner and manager of the Spartanburg facility. Rusty enjoys spending time with his wife, Rachel, and their kids on the weekends. Rusty loves knowing that what he does every day at the pharmacy helps make a direct impact on the quality of life for his patients.

Jonathan BabbPharm D

Jonathan Babb joined the Shertech team in 2008. During his pharmacy training at the Medical University of South Carolina, he received specialized training in nuclear pharmacy. While working at Shertech, Jonathan received compounding training at PCCA. He enjoys practicing both nuclear and compounding pharmacy. Jonathan believes it’s the personal attention that we pay to each patient when they walk in the door that sets us apart.

Marie ElamPharm D

Marie has been with Shertech for over nine years, but she has over 20 years experience in pharmacy. Marie enjoys working with the people–both patients and healthcare providers. She is thankful for the opportunity to problem solve with the patient and physician to find the most beneficial formulation for the individual patient. On Saturdays in the fall, Marie can be found in Death Valley cheering on the Tigers. She also loves time on Swamp Rabbit Trail with her husband and six children. Marie loves the patients that come to the pharmacy. She enjoys learning about how they are feeling, the good things in their life, and how she can help. 

Maria ParkerPharmacy Technician

Maria has been with Shertech since 2013 as the head pharmacy technician. Maria particularly enjoys compounding for pediatrics–she loves knowing that the medication she is making will help the child feel better when other options have failed. One of Maria’s favorite activities is spending time with her dogs–Lenox and Remmie. She and her husband also love warm days on the lake and camping. 

Jody Steadman, CPhTCertified Pharmacy Technician

Just like so many of the employees at Shertech, Jody’s favorite part about his job is helping the patients. Jody has gotten to know the patients exceptionally well over his 16 years at Shertech. He appreciates the opportunity to watch patients feel better because of a medication made at the pharmacy. Jody’s favorite weekend activity is riding motorcycles. He travels throughout the Carolina mountains on weekends in the fall and spring. 

Kaci BelvisoPharmacy Secretary

Shertech is fortunate to have Kaci as our head receptionist for the past two years.  Her bright smile and positive attitude are the perfect first impression at the pharmacy. Kaci’s favorite part about Shertech is the schedule and relationship with the staff since it is a small office. She enjoys spending time with her husband and her son, Hudson, and looks forward to weekend trips. Kaci has experienced firsthand the benefit of compounded medicine to the patient. Kaci enjoys going above and beyond helping patients, which often includes taking medication outside to meet the patient at their car, especially elderly patients or patients with a young or sleeping baby.

Everett WaldrepCommunity Educator

Everett has been head of sales and marketing with Shertech since 2011.  She enjoys the opportunity to problem solve with healthcare providers and patients when commercial medicine is unavailable, intolerable, or ineffective. Everett continues to grow the business through community events, meeting new healthcare providers, and working directly with the pharmacists and patients to increase awareness of compounded medicine. Everett enjoys nothing more than time on the water with her family whether it is skiing, fishing, or just taking a swim.

Ry Adams, R.Ph.Pharmacy Manager

Ry received his PharmD and nuclear pharmacy training at the University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy. He prides himself on a dedication to customer service and continued learning in the field of nuclear medicine and compounding.

Away from work Ry likes to play tennis with his family and is an avid fan of college basketball.

David Hart, R.PhStaff Pharmacist

David is a graduate in Pharmacy from the University of Oklahoma.  Dave initially provided service to the nuclear medical community but soon expanded to the compounding practice.  Dave and his staff serve hospitals, clinics, the veterinary community, and the general public in the Winston-Salem area to meet their compounded prescription needs.

Kim joined the team at Shertech Pharmacy in 2012 as head of sales for Shertech Kernersville. Kim works closely with the staff at the pharmacy to provide quality compounded medicine and service to the patients and healthcare providers. Kim enjoys weekends on the lake with her husband and kids.
